At ImpactX, we aim to provide engaging and high-quality action video game experiences for all players. While we strive for excellence, we recognize that there may be instances where a purchase does not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the rules, eligibility criteria, and procedures for requesting a refund on action video games, downloadable content, or related services.

By purchasing action video games or related products from ImpactX, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests received after this period are generally not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply, such as technical issues preventing gameplay.

2. Digital Game Purchases

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
  • The game must not have been played for more than 2 hours in total.
  • The game must not have been modified, tampered with, or used with unauthorized software.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
  • Games exceeding the 2-hour playtime limit or showing evidence of manipulation are generally not eligible for refunds.

3. Physical Copies

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Opened or used items may only be refunded if defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Returns must include all original components, such as discs, manuals, and bonus content.
  • Refund requests for physical items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

4. Pre-Orders and Early Access

  • Refunds for pre-ordered games may be requested at any time before the official release date.
  • After release, the standard 14-day policy applies along with the 2-hour playtime limit for digital games.
  • Refunds for early access or beta versions follow the same conditions but must be requested within 14 days of purchase and before exceeding the 2-hour limit.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • In-game content, such as skins, weapons, or virtual currency, once delivered.
  • Expansion packs, downloadable content, or season passes after activation.
  • Promotional or discounted titles marked as “final sale.”
  • Any activation keys that have been redeemed.

6. Technical Issues

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of encountering the issue.
  • Provide detailed descriptions, screenshots, or error messages to assist in resolution.
  • We will attempt to fix the problem before approving a refund.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

Note: Problems caused by incompatible hardware, third-party software, or user error are not eligible for refunds.

7. Bundled Purchases

If a game is purchased as part of a bundle, refunds apply only if all items in the bundle meet refund eligibility criteria. Partial refunds for individual items are generally not provided unless legally required.

8. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you purchased the wrong game or accidentally purchased multiple copies, contact support within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds may be issued if the game has not been downloaded, activated, or played.

9. Refund Processing

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Store credit may be offered if a refund to the original payment method is not possible.

10. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of repeated refund requests without valid reasons, fraudulent claims, or tampering with digital or physical products. Abuse of this policy may result in restrictions on future purchases or account suspension.

11. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Any statutory rights granted by law will not be affected and will be fully honored.
